Speaking is a passion of mine. As an experimental test pilot I lived on the edge, exploring the limits of advanced aircraft and systems. As a general officer in the Air Force I articulated our organization’s vision and motivated our people to excel and achieve breakthrough performance. As a business executive I made sure we exceeded our customers’ expectations by delivering unprecedented results. Through each of these experiences I grew as a leader and learned many lessons that became keys to success.
